F-15 Official Patch

This is the latest update for Jane's F-15. This patch fixes known crash bugs and adds numerous enhancements to the game including D3D support and Jane's Combat Net support. This update version 1.17 is not compatible with any earlier version when flying in multiplayer mode. This update also includes the code from any previous update and replaces all previous patches. See the patch.txt file for details.

F-15 Install Size Reduction Utility

MovSpace is a utility to decrease the full install size of F-15. It reclaims approximately 135 Mbytes of HD space by removing the movies from the players Hard Drive (once installed, in-game movies play from the CD-ROM). If you do not have a CD in the CD-ROM drive, movies will be skipped (game play is not affected). Note: this utility is only for the FULL F-15 install only (small and medium installs are not supported since movies are not copied to HD with these installs). Directions for use: copy to and run MovSpace.exe from the folder where F-15 is installed (normally C:\Janes\F-15). F-15 CD must be present in CD-ROM while running MovSpace.exe.

This great windows type utility allows you to change your paint scheme and afterburner effects. It's shareware, so if you register, you will also be able to do the following additional features:

1. Use of the Back-up command for backing up your current Campaign.

2. Use of the Restore command for Restoring your Backed-Up Campaign.

3. A 58 Page Documentation describing all the details of the F-15 including weapons, avionics, and different classes of the F-15.

4. Enhanced Mig-29 Textures.

5. Enhanced F-16 Falcon Textures.

6. Enhanced F-18 Hornet Textures

7. The ability to launch F-15 from TOC

8. E-mail Support

9. Free Limited Upgrades.

Cammo Commander for F-15^TM

F15CC is designed for convenience. It allows you to choose a came scheme, see a sample texture, then apply it. Once a choice is made, you may launch F-15 straight from the user interface! Should you decide to change the texture again, or return to the native Jane's Blue livery, simply choose the scheme you wish and use Cammo Commander again.

You can also put nuclear weaponry on Tu-22s and B-52s, as well as nuclear tips on cruise missiles!

As an added bonus, there's a feature to enhance the enemy SAM's in Jane's F-15, and now you can launch the sim directly.

We also include a custom mission to demonstrate the new weaponry.  You and your wingman have to penetrate deep into Iran to prevent nuclear-loaded bombers from taking off
